Jennifer Ralston, HKPO President / CEO
Jennifer Ralston is recognized as a global leader, coach and mentor in the process improvement and quality management space. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Sensei as well a licensed affiliate, certified facilitator and examiner for the world-renowned Shingo Institute. Amber Thompson, Agile Coach
Amber Thompson is an HKPO lean six sigma experts consultant. Thompson comes from a unique background in defense aerospace with a wide variety of experiences including Spanish linguistics, aircraft operating systems flight testing and software development project management. As an agile development enthusiast, Thompson is most happy when learning and sharing about scrum, discovering new ways to implement agile methodologies and guiding others on through their agile journey.
