Please note that our classes are weather dependant! As long as it is not pouring, we will play! (If it rains, please feel free to skip payment when you register for the next class.) YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY! I am already so so so excited for another year of Yoga at the farm. Things are different this year, but we feel like we can provide an opportunity to come together and breathe deeply while also maintaining social distancing and optimal health conditions. Please bring your own mat and look for the markers in the pasture so that each person has their own space. If you are coming with someone you live with, feel free to put your mats together towards the outside of the pasture. Meet us for the first class on Thursday June 4th then make it a weekly event!
If you want goat milk products, please order in advance of coming and we will have them ready for you after class.
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am June-Mid October 2020
Reservations required so we can keep gathering less than the state's recommendation of no more than 50.
Donations for Class Support Farm's No Cull Philosophy. Suggested donation $10.-$15. per person Classes designed for teens and adults who are comfortable staying on their mat for the full hour. There will no supervision elsewhere on the farm during class. Each of our one hour, all-level vinyasa classes in the field next to our goat pasture end with goat snuggles and chances for photos. I hope to see you all back again this summer and to meet many new folks in the field as well. Please pull all the way in to park behind the barn. Bring your own mat and some water and get ready to enjoy a sweet outdoor class! Please note: Due to Coronavirus, for now the goats will be in the pasture in front of where we practice, but not roaming amongst us. That will help us keep everyone comfortable. Those who want to hold the goats are welcome to join them in the pasture before and after class.
Please know, this is YOUR outing. If you decide to skip out on any or all of the movement and sit in the sun and stare at the sky or just breathe you can do exactly that.
After yoga, hang with a herd of goats, take some goat selfies and let your practice settle. Press the pause button on life’s busy routine...leave feeling grounded.
