Instant Karma Yoga, 61607, Joshua Tree, CA, 92252, United States.

The transformational teaching of Yoga will be explored based on the two classical texts of Yoga of which Ravi has made fresh translations with his commentary.  As we will discuss, a searcher soon becomes interested in the adventurous journey of self-transformation rather than the destination, which always remains a mystery.

Gabriella Nagy

GABRIELLA NAGY has been practicing yoga and mindfulness since high school. She completed her first teacher training with Kira Sloane in 2005 and is grateful for all her teachers and the teachings that have been so generously shared with her since then. She believes that yoga ultimately is the science of inner transformation and the first step that is needed to purify our heart, so we can see clearly. Her unique teaching style is based on Self-Knowledge, Self-Acceptance and Self Love. Gabriella’s gentle and loving personality creates a safe environment where students can become aware of the profound effect synchronizing movement with breath has on the mind and body. Her classes offer students the opportunity to integrate spirit into their lives and cultivate balance and strength. She believes peace and quietness of the heart and the mind is essential in the healing process of our ever-present inner child and when we learn how to quiet the mind and still our heart we gain access to our True Self. She is teaching at Instant Karma Yoga in Joshua Tree.
