Teens and adults with Down syndrome ages 12+ are invited to join us at the Armory Sports Center for an evening of yoga. Please bring your own mat if you have one. If not, extras will be provided.

The Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide support and resources for individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the professionals who serve them.
