The Year End Strategy Visioning & Mapping Workshop is designed to give you the space and time to think big-bold thoughts about where you want your organization to go, as well as to turn that vision into a concrete plan to fuel and guide real action in the coming year.

Over the course of the day, you’ll learn how to craft and communicate an effective annual strategic vision.  Led by Brooke Richie-Babbage, seasoned social entrepreneur and non-profit leader, this full-day workshop, you’ll help you:

  • Clarify your organization’s core programming, organizational, communications and fundraising priorities for the coming year

  • Develop a clear plan for organizing and executing on those priorities, and

  • Craft a blueprint for getting your whole team on board so that everyone keeps going in the same direction in the coming year.

Plus, you'll have an opportunity to learn strategic visioning best-practices and gain inspiration from other non-profit leaders.

Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for non-profit Executive Directors, and is particularly well-suited for those who are new to the world of strategic visioning.
