There is no such thing as “wrongful termination laws,” in Texas. Texas is an "Employment At Will" state.  However, that does not mean you are not afforded certain protections under the law when it comes to being terminated. 

This presentation will cover the basics of employment law, being terminated based on military status, worker's compensation retaliation, OSHA, FMLA leave, whistleblower laws, jury duty and much, much more. You don't want to miss.
