PROGRAM:
Join fellow homeschool student Kiaya Lewis as she teaches a student class for ages 6-12 designed to introduce the wonderful experience of yoga. What a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate before Christmas!

KIAYA'S CLASS DESCRIPTION:
We will start with a a simple welcome and breath for 5 minutes. Then we will do sun salutation 3 times. Next we will do some traditional yoga stretches. Last we will relax for 10 minutes. I hope this class shows kids how good yoga is for you and how fun it is. Thank you!

COST AND REGISTRATION
$5 per student
Payment is upon arrival, but please register and then arrive early to submit it. This will help our group begin on time and be courteous to our instructor and venue.
