Workshop and 2019 Shots for Tots Conference

The workshop will be held on Wednesday December 4, 2019 to help your office become a vaccine friendly office. This will be an interactive workshop presented by the Louisiana Shots for Tots Coaltiion, the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the The Louisiana Chapter of the American Cancer Society.

2019 Louisiana Shots for Tots Conference -  Register and join us for the 27th Annual Louisiana Shots for Tots Conference where you can hear from fantastic speakers, the latest on immunizations and network with private and public health professionals from across the state. Healthcare workers including physicians, nurses, school nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy techs and those interested in immunizations are invited to join us. Your support allows us to put together a great conference for public and private health professionals and we look forward to seeing you there.

Special conference hotel rates are available at the New Orleans Downtown Marriott at the Convention Center. There are a limited number of rooms available for $150 per night and are first come first served. The special rate for reservations completed by November 10, 2019. Please contact the hotel directly at (504) 613-2888 to make a reservation and reference the Shots for Tots Conference. Valet Parking (at hotel rate) is available for registered guests and conference attendees. For registered guests of the hotel, overnight parking is available at a discount rate of $25 per night which includes day, night and in/out parking. Valet parking is available for conference attendees at $10 daily rate. Please verify with hotel upon arrival as this may be subject to change.
