Hear from Federal employees at the Small Business Administration and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in a discussion on best practices and lessons learned in working virtually within a team, both short term and long term. Topics will include: 

  • How to maintain connection with your teammates when working remotely
  • Managing workload when teleworking
  • Maintaining focus
  • Lessons learned from teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic


Webinar will take place on WebEx. Session information will be provided approximately one week prior to the course.
