Who:2020 Trailsend VBC Season Indoor Players and parents/ Woks Up Season Beach players and parents. Parents and players who register online will only be able to participate in Tournament . Anyone involved in the club is welcome to come to party and watch.
How much: Free
Format:
-Teams will be decided by Leilani depending on the number of registrants. (Spots are Limited for Tournament Players and Parents)
-Free Beverages Provided by Leilani(Non Alcoholic)
-Bar and Restaurant will be available
-We chose not to do a potluck due to COVID.
-Families are welcome to bring their own cooler and food
-Masks are optional
Parking note:Do not park in Chepe’s parking lot next to the sand courts. Please park on side streets. Be careful if parking across SE Stark. The nearest crosswalk is 172nd and Stark.
Food and Water:Please bring your own food /cooler. If you don’t wnat to bring your own food, Chepes will be open. https://www.seamless.com/menu/chepes-pupuseria-17539-se-stark-st-portland/726102 It might not be updated, but it gives you an idea. They serve adult beverages too and you can consume them in the beach area.NO GLASS CONTAINERS or PLATES PERMITTED IN BEACH AREA! Do NOT bring your own adult alcoholic beverages.
Items for purchase:Sand socks, T-Shirts, Hoodies and other items.
COVID-19 Update (Players and Spectators)
Please - If you are having any COVID Symptoms, please stay home.
Please keep your groups as small as you can. There are hand sanitizer stations for all to use. We encourage you to wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, we have them available when you arrive. We are encouraging beach tents for families to distance themselves from others. There should be plenty of room on either side of the courts. Chepe’s restaurant will be open and following guidelines from the State and local levels. They are not affiliated with Woks Up Beach Volleyball. You will take out food from there and eat on the sidelines of the courts.
