WMBC All Mountain Round 2 29/07/18

WMBC will be holding the 2nd round of our 2018 All Mountain Club Championship on the 29th July at Greenvalleys Mountain Bike Park.

To accrue points in the club championship you will need to be a member of Wollongong or Greenvalleys Mountain bikes clubs. If you are a member of another club you can join Wollongong club for a fee of $25.00 for the calendar year.

Purchase your entry on line.

Cost to race will be $30.00 if you pre-register or $45.00 if you are paying on the day, cash only.

Online entries close 26th at 8 pm.

If you require a day licence purchase it on the day.
You must be a MTBA member or purchase a day licence to race. Junior U13 to U19 years ($15). Senior 19+ years ($25). MTBA have 3 month free temp membership. Go to their web site.

Elite Male
Elite Female
Senior Male 30 to 39
Senior Female 30 to 39

Your age category is based on what your age will be at the 31/12/18. Eg if you are 15 on 31/12/18 you need to race U17.

Categories may be split or combined depending on entries. Shuttles will start at 8:00 with racing starting at 12:00

XC All Mountain or full face helmets must be used.

Each rider will be given 2 race runs. The combined run time will determine your result.

The scouts will be having a sausage sizzle so there will be food and drinks available on the day. There should be a coffee van there as well.

We will require volunteers to help with the running of the day. It is volunteers that make these events possible. If you are able to lend a hand, please see Dekka or Craig on the day.

Important: On each of our race days the track that is being competed on is the only one allowed to be ridden in the park. Also the mulch jumps and drops will be out of bounds. Anyone caught riding any other track will be asked to leave the park and will not be able to take part in future 2018 WMBC events.
