Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation and the OST/South Union Housing GO Team are sponsoring “Will Day” for members of the community.

Attorney Chavon Carr with Carr + Associates will be presenting you with FREE information on:   What is a will?  Do I need a will?  What is probate? And many other questions surrounding estate planning, will preparation and planning for the future. Please bring a completed questionnaire with you on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

The Earl Carl Institute at Texas Southern University will also be presenting information on the alternatives to filing a will that can help preserve and protect your property.

Volunteer attorneys will be executing Wills and Transfer on Death Deeds for FREE on Saturday, August 26, 2017 for those who qualify.  Questionnaires and Transfer on Death kits will be made available upon registration.
