While You Were Sleeping – R.E. Reminders is a course which reintroduces agents to issues that have been covered before in Update courses and/or the Real Estate Bulletin, but that agents may have forgotten over the years. These issues have resulted in disciplinary actions against licensees. Topics covered include Subdivision Street Disclosures, Square Footage, Septic Permits, Material Facts, Due Diligence, Inspections, Multiple Offers, and Offer & Acceptance.
