After attending this session, you'll be able to explain the difference between a ScrumMaster and other roles in a development organization - whether you're in a manufacturing or software development environment. You'll also gain a better understanding of why the ScrumMaster role should not be combined with other roles.
This Lunch & Learn session will cover:

- The roles and responsibilities of ScrumMasters and why the role shouldn't be combined with other roles on the Scrum Team or in the organization.
This informal session will offer you opportunities to network with your fellow attendees, and offer Q&A on industrial tourism - to inspect and adapt based on the experiences of others.
