What’s the Clery Act and What’s Your Role in it?

Have you ever wondered what the Clery Act is, what it requires, how it affects universities generally and Northeastern in particular? We hope you’ll attend November’s Compliance Colloquium to hear from our Clery experts, Lt. Detective Wendy Lynch of the NUPD, and Assistant General Counsel Jamie Weiler.  They’ll talk about the history of the law and explain what the University and its community members are responsible for doing in order to comply with Clery.  For example, what counts as our “campus”?  Under what circumstances does NUPD send out notifications of criminal activity?  What policies and training are part of our Clery program?

When: Monday, November 18, 2019 2:00-3:00pm

Where: Alumni Center 6th Floor (716 Columbus Ave.)
