This is one of West Kent Triratna Buddhists' regular Sangha retreats. In addition to our own Sangha it is also open to those over 18 who are members of other Triratna Sanghas or who have been on another Triratna retreat.
This is the first time in a long while that we've managed to get a booking here...
it's a stunning place, an old vicarage in the quiet village of High Hurstwood near Crowborough, with comfortable beds, a dedicated shrine room and extensive grounds, including its very own private woodland.
We're going to spend the weekend exploring the "Brahmaviharas" - or "Divine Abodes" - of Metta, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity. These meditations are a great way to deepen and integrate your Metta practice.
The retreat price includes all your food and accommodation for the weekend. Please be aware that unless you have particular reasons, you will be in a shared room.
