Diet and exercise can be a burden, but there is freedom when wellness is a lifestyle. Explore the dimensions of wellness with Shayla Holtkamp and Sara Bishop of Columbus Regional Health.  

Shayla brings a wealth of knowledge from her personal and professional life. In addition to being a longtime Fitness Instructor for Columbus Regional Health Wellness Department, Shayla is an adjunct professor in Women’s Health at Indiana University. Her education includes a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and a Masters of Public Health. 

Sara is proof that wellness as a lifestyle brings freedom. She’ll share her personal story of wellness having lost nearly fifty pounds in 2012 and maintaining that loss through small everyday choices. You’ll also learn how her role as a WellConnect Connection Specialist can help you connect to our communities health and wellness resources.

This FREE seminar is part of the CRH Healthy Connect event held during the QMIX Women's Expo.  All seminars will be held at the Harlequin Theatre in the FairOaks Mall.
