The Central Florida Chapter of the National Customer Service Association is pleased to announce the
next installment of our Wellness Check-Ups: a 2-Part Series on “Handling Stress and Burnout While
Working Virtually.”
Our first session will be held on Thursday, June 4 from 8:00 – 9:00 am (ET) with a repeat performance
from 5:00 – 6:00 pm. Our first session will be a holistic, natural approach to handling stress and burnout
in today’s workplace.
Marie Green, of Houston, TX will join us to share some helpful tips on how to
manage the stress that accompanies working from home. All of this comes with a mental toll on each of
us as we try to maintain a healthy balance.
Please plan on joining us for this very informative session with Marie on the 4 th . You can register on our
website and indicate which session you will be joining (morning or afternoon). Once registered, we will
send you a Zoom meeting link within 24-48 hours of the meeting time with instructions. We look
forward to seeing you on both the 4 th and the 18 th!
Our second session will take place on Thursday, June 18 from 7:30 – 9:00 am and
5:00 – 6:00 pm. The latter session will feature how HR Managers are tackling the stress and burnout
issue for their leaders and employees. More details to follow on this second session in the coming days.
