This webinar is designed to explore how 'Relational Touch' supports embodiment and grounding to heal trauma.

When our physiology is stuck, we are stuck. Understanding the protective reflexes of 'fight-or-flight' or 'freeze' is a key piece in working with trauma.

Non-doing, 'relational touch' can help people reconnect to a sense of ease and safety inside of them.

The talk will cover:

-the fundamentals of trauma

-explore the limits and successes of using touch to promote connection

-explore how to help people self-regulate via co-regulation

This webinar will open up the territory of safely working with trauma in a touch paradigm.

The understanding of trauma and the skill of relational touch are essential skills in becoming a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST).
