It's canning party time! Many hands make light work, so grab a friend and join us while we "put up" some beautiful local produce. We’ll make a lovely strawberry lavender jam with local berries in May and June, we'll enjoy local cherry preserves in mid-July and local fresh berry jam in late July. Celebrate local farmers and our local produce and learn water-bath canning basics- leave with a batch of jam or preserves all your own! This class is kid-friendly- come on your own, or bring a kid (best for ages 7 and up). 

Class Includes:

  • Water-bath canning orientation
  • All produce and ingredients for canning recipe
  • Supplies for 3-4 jars of your own jam/preserves!
  • Snacks and N/A drinks; Over 21: BYO wine, beer or cider
