- 11am - Pumpkin Carving session with Walt Disney Imagineer, Terri Hardin Jackson: Television personality Terri Hardin Jackson (current judge on the Food Network’s “Outrageous Pumpkins”) will lead you through one of her celebrated pumpkin carving workshops - Limited to 20 guests
- 10am & 1pm - Tours of Walt Disney’s Storybook Mansion and special chat with Walt Disney Imagineer Terri Hardin Jackson. After the chat, you’ll tour the interior of the beautiful estate and learn some seasonal spooky secrets this special place has collected through time.
- 2:30pm - Halloween-time tour of Walt Disney’s Storybook Mansion. We celebrate Walt Disney and also learn some of the spooky secrets this real-life haunted mansion.

Join us on the gorgeous back lawn of Walt Disney’s Storybook Mansion (with its spectacular view), for a very special and unique opportunity to learn pumpkin carving from Walt Disney Imagineer Terri Hardin.
Your session includes: one pumpkin, borrowed carving equipment (there are carving sets available for purchase –or-- if you’d like to bring your own). CARVING CLASS DOES NOT INCLUDE A HOUSE TOUR. Please add a separate tour ticket if you’d like to tour Walt’s ‘haunted mansion’.
About Terri:
With the prestigious title of Imagineer for the Walt Disney Company, not only is Terri a legendary pumpkin carver who for years carved every Halloween season in Disneyland’s Frontierland Festival Arena, she’s also a famous Imagineer whose designs and installations are a feature of Disney Parks in Florida, Paris and Tokyo, including the dragon in the dungeon of the Disneyland Paris castle and figures inside Splash Mountain, among others. In addition, Terri was a puppeteer on Captain E.O., and continues to create fine art and brings authenticity and skill to her commissioned works, which has included dimensional prototypes and realizations of classic characters treasured by collectors world-wide.

Presently, Terri has published a new book "Giggling Pumpkins" (available for purchase and signing at the event) and is a judge on the popular Food Network show “Outrageous Pumpkins,” currently in its second season. But…for one fabulous day…she’s the celebrity of Walt Disney’s Storybook Mansion.
This beautiful storybook estate was built by Walt Disney in 1932 to both raise his family and maintain his professional career. Over the years, his two daughters, Diane and Sharon, would grow up in this amazing home where he produced many of his most classic and memorable films - not to mention where Walt and Lillian hosted countless parties with famous guests. Much of how the estate was in those days remains today…
On this special day, you’ll get to meet Walt Disney Imagineer and television personality Terri Hardin Jackson, where she’ll be conducting a chat and share with you her many personal stories and charming anecdotes. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of her newly released book, “Laughing Pumpkins.” As a special seasonal spooky bonus, you will learn about some of the ‘happy haunts’ that call the mansion and surrounding land of Los Feliz their home.
This beautiful storybook estate was built by Walt Disney in 1932 to both raise his family and maintain his professional career. An artistic masterpiece, the home casts a creepy shadow from its perch at the top of the hill. Much of how the estate was in those early days remains… including the playful spirits collected over the decades. We’ll explore Walt’s real-life haunted mansion while Dusty Sage tells you the ‘spirited’ history of Los Feliz in this spooky tour (adults only for this tour please).

MANSION TOURS DO NOT INCLUDE THE PUMPKIN CARVING WORKSHOP. Pease add that ticket type separately if you are so interested.
- The Disney Mansion is a private residence which has MANY STAIRS and is not accessible by wheelchair (it is not advisable for those with mobility issues to visit). As guests of the owner, you are asked to please follow all directions given, including being careful not to touch any of the furnishings, no backpacks or high healed shoes please. Interior photos are not permitted on request of the owner. No onsite parking, street parking only.
- You visit the Disney Mansion and participate in our events at your own risk. You agree to sign a waver and hold the owner, tour operators, and staff harmless of any claim and for any reason.
- Owner and/or tour operator reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone and for any reason. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, tour may be altered or canceled as necessary, in which case we will do our best to notify and refund all participants as quickly and as far in advance as possible.
