This is the first visit to the dry ski slope for participants of the 2018 ski trip.
The visit is for all abilities.

Transport is provided from Sutton Scouts DIstrict HQ, Wallington (Shotfield) to Guildford dry slope and back

We have planned the day as follows:

12:45 Meet at the rear of Sutton Scouts District HQ, Shotfield, SM6 0HY.
13:00 Depart by minibus to Guildford Ski Slope for 1½hr lesson.
17:00 Return Shotfield.

Scouts will need to wear long sleeved top and long trousers and bring a pair of gloves and bottle of water.

NOTE: In common with other dry slopes, Guildford Ski Slope does not provide helmets for ski lessons, as it is in a controlled environment under supervision of an instructor. When we visit the ski resort in France, everyone will wear a helmet.
