Are you constantly striving to do better? Does waste drive you nuts?

Become an HKPO Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

If you are on a mission to change things for the better -- you love building teams, have a passion for process, and enjoy solving problems -- you have the makings of an HKPO-Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. We’ll provide you with the guidance, tools, and training you need to excel in your career.

Our certified Green Belts have gone on to successfully apply process improvement to businesses and organizations across all industries. HKPO Green Belts are experts in identifying problems, analyzing data, and creating solutions to lower costs while improving quality.

We’ll teach you to drive out the variations that diminish efficiency using DMAIC Methodology: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.

Our certification requires you to complete a real project at your organization, so not only do receive hands-on experience, but you can get an immediate return on your efforts.

How it works

Our virtual certification program provides a mix of learning experiences. Before the first virtual class, we’ll give you access to online learning modules you can complete at your own pace. This self-guided instruction will provide the foundation for the classes that follow.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Drew Butler, will then provide five progressive classroom sessions, where you and your fellow students will learn the fundamentals of process improvements: the methods, the tools, and the metrics involved.

HKPO certification requires you to complete a project of your choosing. This provides valuable hands-on experience in applying the Six Sigma process and methods you will learn during the classroom instruction. Our Six Sigma Black Belts will also provide personal mentoring along the way, with three Group Mentoring sessions to be scheduled during the weeks of classroom instruction.

The final step is the Certification Exam, where you will demonstrate what you’ve learned and celebrate your achievement. After successfully passing the exam, you’ll be an HKPO-Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt!

“HKPO experts have been both mentors and coaches to help get our firm and myself up to speed on Lean Six Sigma. HKPO has done an excellent job in helping me to become a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Their team has trained many more in our organization to become green belts and yellow. HKPO has also held multiple Kaizen events on multiple projects that have yielded great results for our firm. I would highly recommend HKPO to anyone as they embark on their Lean Six Sigma journey.”
