Announcing the next training step for anyone who has completed the FMCS 40-Hour Mediation Skills course: Intermediate Mediation Skills! If you enjoyed getting into the process of mediation and are hungry for more, come and learn with us at a two-day practical application session on June 22-23, 2020, at the Minneapolis FMCS offices. Discussion questions and content delivery will be put into practice through role plays, with an emphasis on mediation theory and neuroscience in this next level class.
What you can expect from this training:
· Real-to-life role plays
· Content segments that give greater context about how and why the human brain unconsciously influences mediation behavior
· Regular debriefing to reinforce the learning
· Emphasis on the “soft skills” that create an atmosphere for settlement
This training is being offered virtually. Attendees will be emailed access information approximately one week prior to the training.
*Due to FEB's fee-for-service model, tickets cover the cost of training and are not refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another attendee. If FEB cancels the class for any reason, you will be refunded the charges in full.*
