NASW-NJ's Virtual 5K Fun Run for Social Work Month!
This Social Work Month, NASW-NJ is hosting our very first Virtual 5K!
A virtual 5K is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill at the gym or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
However you decide to complete this challenge, you can join us to take a break and get active during the month of March.
Members who complete their 5K and submit our completion form will receive a Participation Medal!
How To Participate:
1. Make a Plan - Decide how and when you’ll complete the 5K (5 kilometers or 3.1 miles).
2. Complete Your Virtual 5K! – Make sure to snap a picture when you’ve finished! If you post on social media, be sure to tag us (@naswnj)!
3. Fill out the Completion Form - Submit your picture and let us know you finished.
Registration is not required but will guarantee the completion form is sent directly to you in the confirmation email.
