Vinyasa and Vino

Come down to the Art Museum for an afternoon of yoga and wine! The event will start off will a brief gallery talk by the artist Sarah Vanderkleed about the art surrounding you during the practice. Debra Steinhauer will lead a class for yogis of all levels and then you will be able to continue to enjoy the art while sipping a glass of wine from Wildcat Creek Winery. This event is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat).

Your ticket includes one glass of wine and additional glasses and bottles will be available for purchase. Must be 21 to participate. ID will be required at the event. 

Our event partner, Community Yoga, will also be at the event with information about their ongoing classes!

About the Instructor

Debra has practiced yoga for more than 20 years. First drawn to yoga as a way to combat stress, Debra's classes aim to provide students with the tools to develop a lifelong, mindfful practice through gentle movement and relaxation. Debra completed her 200-hour teacher training at Dragonfly 360 in 2012 and a 100-hour Yoga of the Heart: Cardiac and Cancer Certification with Nischala Joy Devi in 2014. Debra is E-RYT200 and YACEP certified through Yoga Alliance.
