First Responders throughout our region need public volunteers to help our community be better prepared for emergencies. The purpose of this exercise is to assess multi-agency capabilities, practice surge capabilities at our local hospitals, perform complex incident command decision making, and activate emergency operation centers. The exercise is sponsored by the Colorado Springs Airport and the Pikes Peak Regional Emergency Management.
