Note: political organizations are not considered "non-profit groups" and pay for festival space - unless the group does indeed have non-profit status. You must email your proof of non-profit status (501c form) to EarthFest@SustainableSouthJersey.org before your registration can be confirmed. A limited number of FREE Earth Festival spaces will be approved; then a wait list will be established. NO power is available for no-cost Earth Festival spaces. A non-profit group may register as a paid vendor to avoid being left out.

Join us as an Earth-friendly vendor or non-profit organization at the Sustainable South Jersey Earth Festival. Our 2019 theme focuses on reducing single-use plastic: "Reduce Plastic - Fantastic!" (Non-profit spaces are booked as of 3/22/19 - thank you!)

About 5000 attendees participate in this free-admission event planned across three outdoor acres at Cherry Hill's historic Croft Farm; visitors come from many South Jersey communities . Established in 2008 as Sustainable Cherry Hill, our all volunteer 501c(3) non-profit community outreach and educational organization fosters the global sustainability movement at a local level. Our Earth Festival includes:

  • healthy food for purchase.
  • family-friendly-entertainment.
  • composting, recycling throughout the event. Carry-in, carry out other trash/waste where possible
  • sponsor, vendor and group displays focusing on sustainability in our homes, businesses and communities.

Please honor our guidelines that include:

  • no tables are provided; supply your own canopy, chairs, signage, all display supplies, CLOTH table cover is preferred. (No single-use plastic, please)
  • Each festival display space is 10'x10'.  Larger space at extra cost and by advanced arrangement. Drive-up to festival spaces is not guaranteed. Again we do NOT supply tables or chairs.
  • no single-use plastic water bottles for sale or personal use; no plastic straws, bags; (paper OK)
  • no balloons, Styrofoam, excessive plastic giveaways
  • no food or drink provided free or for donation; only approved, licensed and permitte food vendors may sell food.
  • no political campaigning
  • no generators (limited power available with advance notice and extra fee)
  • no driving or parking on farmstead grass.
  • consider car-pooling with staff to event. Participants are directed to parking that can be a one-two-block walk after supply drop-off time.)

NOTE: event day set-up will begin at 7:00 a.m. and must be complete by 9:00 a.m. Details are sent about two weeks prior to the event. Event space locations are determined by the event team. Details include site map and your festival location. Be prepared to cart your display materials to your space; drive-up may not be possible.No portable generators may be used.
