Veggie Garden Layout and Design Class

What is the best way to lay out your veggie garden to decrease maintenance, increase enjoyment and maximize yields? Join Fred Meyer, a Master Gardener and certified Permaculture Designer, as he shares top garden design tips.

The class will use a 10’x20’ in-ground community garden plot as an example, but any veggie gardener with a medium-sized area will take away good ideas for their garden.

Handouts, yummy snacks, door prizes and free seeds will be available. The class is free and open to everyone.

The class will be held at the Iowa City Public Library in Room A.
