What better way to spend that special day with your special someone than with an Innovation Brew Works Valentine’s Day Dessert & Beer pairing.

Enjoy a flight of four IBW specialty craft beers, paired with four pastry desserts from Fionna Espana, certified pastry chef, and retail kitchen manager at the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation.

She has over 15 years experience baking professionally. This dessert and beer pairing will be a very intimate and exclusive experience with a reserved private patio for our Valentine’s Day guests and an ambiance to set the mood.

The pairing will be guided by a Certified Cicerone beer educator along with Fionna’s culinary expertise.

Make this a unique Valentine's Day experience by celebrating with Innovation Brew Works! Tickets will be $20 per person, which includes a beer flight of four, four desserts, and the guided pairing. 
 
The guided pairing will go as follows: 1. Our Collin's Cream Ale with vanilla bean is light bodied and slightly creamy with subtle vanilla notes throughout, and will be paired with a moist and buttery cheesecake mousse. 2. Our Magic School Bus Raspberry Kettle Sour is strong on the fruit and tart throughout with milk sugar, and will be paired with a delicious raspberry & key lime tart. 3. Our Naughty & Nice Chocolate Peanut Butter Rye Hefeweizen will be paired with a soft and crunchy peanut brittle brownie. And last but not least... 4. Our “Ekuation” is a hazy New England style Double IPA that will be paired with sweet and moist mini carrot cupcakes!
