Course fee is $120. A $60 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is taken online at the time of registration with the remainder collected in CASH (correct change please) at the course. (Deposit charge will appear on your credit card statement as: Bright Blue, LLC) Please do not REGISTER for this class unless you are SURE that you are able to attend. Course fees DO NOT include UT state application fees. Thank You! Note: The UTAH permit does NOT allow you to possess a pistol in NY. You must have a NY pistol license to possess a pistol in NY. * Utah’s Permit does NOT allow you to carry in New York State. You must have a valid New York Pistol Permit to possess a pistol in NYS.

** The course fee covers the 4-hour course of instruction, passport photo & fingerprinting. Utah application fee of $63.25 is NOT included.

  2. Valid Driver License.

  4. Reading glasses (if required).
