Course fee is $120. A $60 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is taken online at time of registration with the remainder collected at the course. * Utah’s Permit does NOT allow you to carry in New York State. You must have a valid New York Pistol Permit to possess a pistol in NYS.

** The course fee covers the 4-hour course of instruction, passport photo & fingerprinting. Utah application fee of $63.25 is NOT included.
