User Stories MasterclassUser stories are the currency for development in agile, and that's for a very good reason. They enable a shared understanding about what needs to be delivered and can enable you to work more flexibly than using traditional requirements.
This one day course covers a little bit of history behind user stories, what they are, why they came into being and why they are used, and what the benefits are of using them. We'll talk about the theory of stories, but there'll also be plenty of practical exercises to help you get started and practice writing and using user stories.
We'll also talk about how you can take stories further, using them to iterate and test, and use them in Business Driven Development and Test Driven Development. We'll also give you some practical tips about how to manage your stories.
By the end of the day you'll be able to understand, write and use user stories and have good grounding into more advanced use of this tool.Location: The event will be held for 1 day in London (venue to be confirmed)Timings: 10am to 5pm
