Begin the Journey
The Shingo Model™ has been adopted by hundreds of the world’s most-admired companies. Shingo Workshops provide practical insights and instruction, so you can use its guiding principles to achieve a culture of sustainable excellence in your organization.
This foundational, two-day virtual workshop introduces the Shingo Model, the Shingo Guiding Principles, and theThree Insights of Organizational Excellence™. With active discussions and on-site learning at a host organization, this program is a highly interactive experience. It is designed to make your learning meaningful and immediately applicable as you discover how to release the latent potential in an organization to achieve organizational excellence. It provides the basic understanding needed in all Shingo workshops; therefore, it is a prerequisite to all the other workshops, concluding with the BUILD EXCELLENCE workshop.
One of the best features of Shingo workshops are the Go & Observe activities. We carry these valuable, engaging, and interactive experiences over to the virtual workshops as well. Renowned Shingo Facilitators Gerhard Plenert and Drew Butler will take you on a virtual tour of our host site with an on-site representative, where you’ll have the opportunity to see Shingo Principles in action in a real-world setting. They will take you step by step thru their journey and discuss the successes and problems they have faced along their way.
