Unwinding: Tuning into Spontaneous Body Movement

Unwinding: Tuning into Spontaneous Body Movement PRE-REQUISITE “B”
Your body knows exactly what to do. Body listening and following involves removing your “thinking” brain from the unwinding experience, to allow your body to move you however it needs to. Unwinding is a gentle yet powerful tool for your body to ease tension, to find the original source of an injury, and to release it. It is a tool that, once learned, can be accessed again and again for relaxation and therapeutic release. This is a relevant course for reflexology therapists as well as other bodywork therapists, as it offers one explanation as to why certain body parts, including the feet and hands, sometimes spontaneously move of their own accord during a healing release.
PRE-REQUISITE “B”: Any Professional Therapist (licenced for bodywork practice); OR Student of ASR Foot Reflexology; OR Foot Reflexology Certification from ANY institute (minimum 30 hours classroom plus 60 hours practicum)
Cancellation policy Course fee is non-refundable. If ASR must cancel course due to unforseen circumstances fee will be refunded.
