Mrs. Amanda Veasy and Mr. Clent Holmes will be recognized as the honorees at the 19th Annual Unity Honors Luncheon on February 15, 2023 at 11:30 a.m-1:00 P.M at Maude Cobb Convention Center. 

The Unity Honors is a lifetime achievement award that recognizes individuals in the community who have demonstrated leadership in the promotion of unity, mutual understanding and social justice.

A special recognition will be awarded to Greater Longview United Way. 

Special Recognition is a service acknowledgment component giving special recognition to those who have promoted diversity, unity, and creating a cooperative spirit in encouraging and mobilizing change for the greater good of the community.

Partners in Prevention is a community coalition that addresses community barriers by inspiring hope, connecting partners, and building trusting relationships that transform lives. The mission statement reads: "Unity and Diversity Committee seeks to overcome barriers to the full inclusion of all community members by: Protecting Human Rights, Challenging Discrimination and Celebrating Diversity."
