Hotel Arrangements

UniTech's reduced room rate covers arrivals as early as Sunday, June 25 and departures as late as June 30 (the conclusion of UniTech R3 Nuclear Workshop). For successful room reservation submission, you must enter arrival and departure dates that fall in the June 25 – July 1 range.
Due to close hotel proximity to the airport and a walkable downtown area, we recommend attendees of the R3 Conference save money by not renting vehicles.
We encourage attendees to consider purchasing roundtrip shuttle tickets for the Downtown Indy Airport Shuttle from Go Express Travel. Please note that the nearest shuttle stop to Conrad Indianapolis is at the Embassy Suites directly across the street (just 300 ft. away).
