Dr. Perryman and his firm have completed scores of studies related to judicial reform and efficiency over the past 40 years, including several analyses of the economic benefits of Inter Partes Review (IPR) and Covered Business Methods (CBM)  proceedings, as well as the potential gains from measures to expand these initiatives. As we commemorate the 10th anniversary of this landmark legislation, he will offer a perspective on its success and prospects.
