Join us for our next Unified Insight’s presentation on Amplifying Underrepresented Voices at the PTAB on July 23 at 12p EST. We will review some of the current diversity issues in the PTAB bar, such as those highlighted in the PTAB Bar Association’s 2019 Report on Women at the PTAB and The ABA and NALP’s After the JD III: Third Results from a National Study of Legal Careers. We will also look at efforts being made to diversify the bar, including the PTAB’s LEAP initiative. Our in-house counsel panelists will discuss their endeavors to ensure diversity in outside counsel and provide tips that both in-house and firm counsel can employ to increase the diversity of their own staffs.
