Breakout Sessions will include:
Compliance training: where do we go next? In partnership with industry experts FSTP we will cover the latest changes in regulation and what this means for your compliance training. We will also look at how diagnostic assessments, forms and online T&C can deliver more efficient and robust training. This is an interactive session and there will be an opportunity for you to share your requirements and potential challenges that could influence the development roadmap of our compliance solutions.
Getting the most from your learning and development platform: Led by our Senior Relationship Managers, this session will look at great examples of how our clients get the greatest return on their learning platform. We will share case studies taken from a number of our LMS clients where specific features have been utilised to great effect. The session will be interactive and we encourage questions both to the Unicorn representatives and also to each other.
Technical Drop-In Surgery: Informal session for those who do not wish to attend a structured platform slot. You will be free to join our senior technical platform experts to ask specific questions on a one to one basis. During this time, space will be available to check emails, network and peruse supporting literature for the day. Unicorn staff available during this time will include our Platform Director and Head of Training.
Learning Apps and Games: Demystifying the latest industry ‘buzzwords’ and dispelling some of the myths around the use of changing technology in corporate learning. Delivered with our expert games studio team, this session will cover case studies as well as practical tips for leveraging the power of apps in your business.
Custom content: New ways to meet your learning needs. This session will be led by our strategic head of content and will cover a range of case studies looking at the benefits and pitfalls of bespoke learning. We will also take a look at some of our newer learning experiences including Business Simulations.
General drop-in surgery: Informal space to check emails, network and speak to our Project Managers, Product Owners and Relationship Management team.
Day closes with a relaxing drinks reception.
