In this workshop, educators will explore their personal identities, educational experiences, and biases to inform how their instructional practices. Educators will also think through and analyze research based culturally responsive teaching best practices.
The Urban Assembly is a network of 23 small, career-themed, open-admission public schools in New York City and a model provider of school support services for schools and districts across the country. Our mission is to advance students' social and economic mobility by improving public education.
