This one is especially exciting, Chikadees!

Born from love, and a passion for finding your True North and the YOU who lives in you, this new workshop format is designed to be affordable, peace-producing, and paced strategically for your neural pathways to fire together - and wire together!

Cultivating a resilient mindset is an essential component to Self-Identity, Stress Reduction, Shame Releasing, and Story Shifting.  It is also how we reconcile all of our life experiences so that we can reclaim ourselves, our joy, and OUR PEACE.

Resilience can feel like a cloud - you can see what it looks like but when you try to grasp it, it disappears into your fingers.  So how do we bring this into our spirits in a tangible way?  How do we define what resilience means to us and how it will look uniquely special to each one of us?  How do we quantify, cultivate, and create not only a mindset, but a heartset that allows you the freedom to love yourself and the tapestry of alllll your passages and pathways?

I'm going to shine the light for you!  We've got a BRAND NEW set of monthly classess that you can pick and choose depending on your own areas of healing, growing, and enhancing your spirit.  Based on what we know about building new pathways to healing, a month long format on the same topic is proven to be the most effective for pacing, so that you can move through the phases of Releasing, Applying, Integrating, and Restoring, by working one one of those phases each week of the month.

Here's how the format for this unique class is going to look:

  • MONTHLY THEMED CLASSES focusing on Resilience for Special Life Topics (see below!)
  • A mix of one onsite workshop and online coaching and projects - FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH!
  • FIRST WEEK of each month a 3 hour onsite workshop will kick off the monthly theme (we expect these to meet full capacity at 10-12 each month!)
  • Dinner included at this onsite workshop;  some materials provided at the start of the month.
  • Then - each week for the rest of the month you will receive video support, live chat support, or projects emailed to you to continue your learning in a well-paced way that will nurture those precious neural pathways and deepen your learning with some self-guided art and journal projects.
  • LOTS of coaching and support from me throughout the month
  • PRIVATE Facebook Group Chat and support
  •  Choose which class resonates most for you and Pay as You Go!
  • ALL OF THIS FOR THE TERRIFIC PRICE OF $107 for each monthly class you sign up for

What might a typical month look like?  Here's a working Example:

June 3- Friday night, 3 hour onsite Workshop, Dinner, Some materials provided

June 10- Art Journaling or Self-Compassion Project Projects delivered electronically via video or zip file for you to work on independently

June 17 - 30 Minute Live Chat on Periscope or another platform for live interaction, coaching, and application support

June 24 - Week Four - Application and Integration Activities sent via email to complete your circle for that month

Here are our Upcoming Themes (subject to change here and there!)

As you can see, this new format is in alignment with the neuroscience of learning, healing, and being intentional about your practice in between face to face sessions!  It allows time for one topic to become rooted in your spirit and layered with different practices and phases of growth activities to strengthen and sustain it - which is cultivating your capacity for Resilience!

I am soooooo excited to bring this new experience to you - and your cost for all of this for an entire month of connection, support, and resilience building is just $107.

Remember, you can pick and choose the classes that best work for you.  Each month, your entire package is just $107 for not only a 3 hour workshop, some supplies, and your weekly structured electronic packages, but live chats, coaching,  and more!!

*This will be an open class, so feel free to invite new people each month!

*The themes are designed to build upon each other, but you will not "miss" anything by skipping months.
