Workshop Objectives: This workshop will focus on using accessible assessment tools to assure person centered treatment planning which is also “insurance” friendly. Participants will emerge with greater confidence regarding the creation of SMART goals and a treatment plan rooted in assessments and social work theory. Participants will learn how to improve their treatment planning skills through use of provided resources and examples, thus better ensuring the best possible delivery of services over time.
