HQ Therapy Haggerston, 322c Kingsland rd, London, Hackney, E8 4DE, United Kingdom.

In this new and exciting class we will be exploring how to embody self awareness and how to reconstruct the original body schema with new resources, safety and contact, through TRE, spontaneous and involuntary movements and more.

Through the integration and restoration of original body schemas, safety and embodied resources, the individual can engage and expand into:
• Deeper sense of peace
• Deeper states of concentration

• Deep creativity
• Meditation
• Flow states
• High performance

This is a start of a regular monthly class in which we will be exploring different inner states and body systems, senses and experiences.
Each class will have a specific theme, eg: Breath, seeing, touching, voicing etc...

Limited number of 10 participants only.
