Travel team program – Spring 2018

Dear parents,
Algonquin Soccer Academy belongs to the US Youth Soccer Association and the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association.  We also have a youth partnership with the NY Red Bulls.
We participate in the East Hudson Youth Soccer League travel tournament in the Spring and Fall seasons.  We also participate in local tournaments all year round.

The Spring 2018 travel season will start on April 8 and will end on June 17.  Games are on Sundays, and the teams usually play ten games during the season (5 home and 5 away).  Our home fields are the Algonquin park and the Cronomer Hill Park.  There is one Sunday off during the season which is May 27 (Memorial Day Weekend).

The fee for the fall season is as follows:

• Early Bird: If paid in full by 2/15/2018: $200
• Open Registration: From 2/16/2018 to 3/15/2018 $220
• Late Registration: From 3/16/2018 and 3/31/2018 $250

***NOTE: Players will be removed from the roster on 4/1/2018 if payment is not made by 3/31/2018

Registration includes the following:

• Player registration to the East Hudson Youth Soccer League.
• Team training twice a week.
• Practice field rental.
• Games field rental.
• Referee Fees.
• Teams operating expenses.

Season fees do not cover:

• Uniforms (sizes 12, 14, 16 $85. Sizes S, M, L $95)
• Winter indoor practice and summer practice.
• Local tournaments.

Some of the requirements for the players to participate in our travel program are the following:

• Sign up to our Winter practice since there is not East Hudson Youth Soccer League tournament in the Winter, and we want to avoid performance regression on the players.
• Parents must sign our Code of Conduct and club agreement.
• Parents are commitment to bring the player to practice and games, and give priority to the travel program over other activities that the child may have.
