Youth for Tomorrow and the Mental Health Association invite you to join us for a workshop on trauma-informed care. In this workshop, participants will learn:

1. Participants will be able to define and recognize how the impact of trauma may manifest physically, psychologically and behaviorally across the lifespan

2. Participants will be able to identify appropriate treatment modalities and approaches to reduce the symptoms of trauma

3. Participants will learn 2 practical interventions that can be used to develop resilience and post-traumatic growth.
