Trauma & Grief Class- Nov 16th from 8am-1pm cost is $25
The class will cover specifics on the effects of trauma, practical things you can do in therapy, how to dive into grief, and ways to create resiliency as a helper.
Exact location is TBD, but it will probably be at the Fayetteville GO Center depending on numbers.
