16th Annual Transfer Pricing Conference
We are delighted to share with you that we are organizing our 16th Transfer Pricing conference from 28 - 29 September 2023 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The conference starts with a welcome dinner at 7 pm on 27 September, 2023.
The conference is an excellent opportunity to network with Colleagues, discuss recent Transfer Pricing development, explore the new TP documentation tool and new business opportunities.
Conference fee
The conference fee will be approximately €400 (including VAT). You will receive an invoice after the conference.
What's covered by the fee:
- Attendance at the 16th Transfer Pricing conference in Amsterdam
- All conference materials
- Refreshments during the conference
- Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday
What is not included in the fee:
- Hotel*
- Visa
- Travel
- Transfers
- Any other costs you may incur
Guest room
We recommend staying at Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam Zuidas because the conference itself will take place in the conference room of this hotel.
The room rate is 279 EUR per room* per night + 7% city tax + 3 EUR per night per person. To be paid at the hotel at check-out.
If you want to book your own guest room, please register to the event according to the below instructions. Registration deadline for the event is 28th of July 2023. Later on, we cannot guarantee the participation.
* When completing the registration, you will see two tickets: one with and one without the guest room. Those Colleagues who are sharing one room, please one of them register with, the other one without guest room. The Colleague who registers with room reservation will need to indicate the name of the roommate. Please choose the correct ticket with care.
Cancellation terms
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, in whole or in part, we will charge the following percentages of the cancelled value as cancellation fee.
• In the event of cancellation until 8 weeks before the arrival date 0%
• In the event of cancellation until 4 weeks before the arrival date 50%
• In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date 100%
