Participants will gain skills, knowledge, and practical experience in order to be effective trainers at work. This session is for trainers who want to create training programs that are practical and meaningful and benefit both the trainees and their organizations. Every organization must have training as a key component of its development. Training must be well-planned and designed by someone who is familiar with the objectives. A trainer should be aware of potential barriers to training (such as attending on-call sessions, the need to distribute training over a longer time period, or attendees who don't know how to present classroom style presentations or theory), so they can create a stronger program that caters to their needs.
This course will also cover methods to keep participants engaged and excited for the sessions ahead. It will also discuss how to make the training interactive and allow for group discussions when appropriate.
