Overview

Most people have heard the saying "Employees don't leave companies they leave bad leaders." This statement resonated for so many because so many individuals have to experience ineffective leadership and are wanting to change.

We have seen it time and time again employees move on from leaders who don't know how to build connection and trust with their teams. They move on from leaders who don't know how to have hard conversations fostering growth and development. And the definitely move on from leaders who have little empathy and build cultures that create shame and inauthentic toxic behaviors. Overall negatively impacting the organization in the areas of, retention and hiring, collaboration and innovation, and employee development.

The Dare to Lead™ workshop helps to address these areas giving leaders the confidence, awareness, and tools they need to transform the way they work, lead and connect in the workplace.

The Dare to Lead™ Workshop is based on the brilliant work and research of Brené Brown and is a must for any leader and organization looking to transform how they work, lead and connect in the workplace.

Brené defines a leader as “Anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.”

This two-day program is an empirically based courage-building program based on the most significant findings from Dr. Brené Brown’s latest research – bringing to light how courage is a collection of skills that are teachable, measurable, and observable.
